Invio flyer e titoli preliminari di un Symposium su membrane protein technology development che stiamo organizzando (giugno 17-19 a NY) pensando che possa interessare ai Soci della AIC! Ci terrei ad avere una buona partecipazione dei colleghi italiani!
Cordialmente,
Filippo Mancia
The focus of this symposium will be on membrane protein structure and function and any technology related to membrane proteins. It will be held at the Roy and Diana Vagelos Education Center at the Columbia University Medical Center and will run from 5PM Sunday June 17th to 5PM Tuesday June 19th, 2018.
We have a list of 22 invited speakers, and expect up to half of the program be talks selected from submitted abstracts. More information and a link to register is available at
deadline for registration is May 1.
The Center on Membrane Protein Production and Analysis (COMPPÅ) is an NIH-funded Biomedical Technology Research Center (Wayne Hendrickson, PI), located at and part of the NY Structural Biology Center (http://nysbc.org/). The mission of COMPPÅ is to develop enabling technology for membrane protein research, and it derives from the NIH Protein Structure Initiative-funded NY Consortium on Membrane Protein Structure (NYCOMPS; Wayne Hendrickson, PI), which was also based at the NYSBC.
