World Directory of Crystallographers

We are writing to you about the World Directory of Crystallographers. In order to keep the directory up to date and comprehensive, we are asking members to check and correct their entries, and inviting potential new members to register with the directory.

We would be grateful if you could take the time to update or create your entry at http://wdc.iucr.org/, and encourage your colleagues to do the same so they can also take part in this valuable community service.

Thank you for your help and time.

With best wishes

About the directory

The World Directory of Crystallographers is a service run by the International Union of Crystallography (IUCr) to facilitate communication within the crystallographic community, and between crystallographers and other scientists. The first directory was created in 1957. The current directory has over 8000 members, and makes looking for researchers with expertise in a particular crystallographic topic or in a certain country quick and simple.
Members get a number of benefits, including access to IUCr services and publication tools, and discounts on crystallography titles from publishers such as the Mineralogical Society, Oxford University Press, Taylor & Francis and Wiley.
